I had a software named Icon Manager which used to open the ICL
extension files. In the process of migrating from Windows 3.0 to 95 to
98 to ME, the program seems to have got damaged and now when I try to
open the ICL files, I get an error message, saying the iconman.ini
configuration file is missing. I need to re-install the software but I
do not appear to have have the ICON MANAGER ZIP file. Could anyone
suggest from where I could download it? Or if anyone has it, could
he/she kindly send it to me as e-mail attachement?
I have tried to open the files with Picto 4.5 and such other editors
but no success.
Thanks.
